Pastoral Care

Cromwell College

Pastoral Care

Cromwell College prioritises a relational approach to pastoral care, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Our ethos is centred around building strong relationships between students, staff, and whanau.

The college is divided into four Houses, each led by House Deans, providing a smaller, more close knit community within the larger school. Whanau groups, consisting of students from years 7-13, further enhance this sense of belonging and connection. Vertical forms and vertical deans promote cross-year level mentorship and support, ensuring that students have access to guidance from older peers.

This pastoral care system aims to create a nurturing and supportive space where students can thrive academically and personally.
