
All students at Cromwell College study a full academic programme designed in accordance with the the New Zealand Curriculum Framework. Students in Years 7 - 9 follow a course of study that includes English, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education, health, performing arts, technology, art, Languages and Maori. In Year 10 students must study English, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education and health. In addition to these compulsory subjects, students choose two optional subjects from the following selection - art, text management, graphics, food technology, workshop technology, economics, Maori or music.
